Recent Events
Posted by Andrew Erickson on March 2nd, 2009Gamma Sigma Fraternity has some good news to report! In the fall of 2008, Gamma pledged in 4 new members; Andrew Erickson, Matt Sockolov, Drew Prindle and Ryan Rosback. In the spring of 2009, Gamma pledged in 2 new members; Matt Kostelnik and Josh Sera. Greg McDaniel re-enrolled at Pacific University.
On March 01, 2009, Gamma held its first organizational meeting in recent times to discuss options on getting Gamma Sigma Fraternity back on campus with a slew of activities and events planned for the spring of 2009.
I would encourage any alumni or current members to register on the webpage, so that this webpage can act as another organizational tool, as well as a resource for any current or former members.
Be sure to keep your ears open, the current actives plan on making contact with alumni in a number of ways, from email, to phone calls, as well as our newsletter!

The 10% Beer Campaign
Posted by Dean Croshere on April 23rd, 2008Enough is enough.
We’re fixing up the house and we’re doing it this summer. We’ve got the apartments full of alumni who are ready to patch the holes, paint the walls, replace the floors, ditch the garbage, replace some wiring, and just plain fix the whole place up.
In order to do this, we’re going to need cash flow and support from alumni like you.
So here is our Guarantee:
We will spend a maximum of (about) 10% of the money you send to us on beer.
That means 90% of every dollar that comes to us goes directly into the Gamma House.
We work hard, we play hard, we do it again tomorrow. Want to join us?
We’d love to have you.

As we add more projects to our list, you'll see more posted here.

Help pay the hosting bills!
Posted by Dean Croshere on July 24th, 2007Perhaps you have trouble coming up with a reason to just give us cash. It'll get spent on beer anyway.
Well, if you think this website is a worthwhile thing to have, you can directly support its existence by using the "Help us pay our hosting bills! Please!" link on the right.
Please note that as of October I am now paying for the website out of my own pocket so any help I can receive would be great.
The New Gamma Sigma Forum
Posted by Dean Croshere on July 10th, 2007So I intentionally avoided installing one of these when I was first building the website. My theory was that it would fail because there simply is no reason to use it. I'm not sure that is any different now, really, except that we have a strong group of graduating brothers that may wish to keep in touch with each other.
PHPBB was an easy install, so we now have it. I will work on slowly improving the looks of the site, but until then, the forum is fully functional.
Oh yeah, registrations have to be approved and only members can see what is online. The registrations for the forum are entirely seperate from the registrations for this website. (I may look into bringing the two together).
So go here and register or click the link under primary links to the left.
